You can now access a number of services online. Ordering a repeat prescription or booking an appointment or Patient Access are a click away, using a computer or using the mobile apps myGP app & Patient Access app

The practice offers online access to coded data with in medical records. This can be available on request.

 

Access to Deceased Patient Records

All deceased patient records are passed to Primary Care Support England for storage.
